Everything was good, including pleasant and accommodating staff. The unit we got was big size and compact with balcony and a double bed. Very close to a subway station, the location was great and perfect. You could walk to a supermarket and a big shopping mall.

Well-maintained and well priced hotel with amazingly nice employees at the receptionists Exceptional room and tidy with balcony. Pleasant and favourable location in Dubai, not far from shopping center and Shops, Child AREA TWO metro station. Also, so close to Dubai downtown.

Many restaurant a vailables in same area
- We have stay 7th floor near mesage location which openinig till late time 3.00 am . We not able to sleep because almot people do noicy with their staff. - At time 10-11 am morniing tried so many times to order room service and no responded at all.

The room had very good Wi-Fi and a balcony, which I liked. the hotel offered nice views and scenery. - the location was favorable, next to Metro Stations and many Indian vegetarian restaurants.

The service was helpful and the pool was nice. They had an early check-in. - Central location close to the metro and Union metro station. - Deira district was worth visiting. Overall, I had a great experience at Sun And Sands Downtown in Dubai. the staff was accommodating, and I loved the pool. Plus, they allowed me to check in early. the hotel is conveniently located near the metro and Union metro station. Exploring the Deira district was definitely a highlight of my stay.
